Theo Dunphy, from Denton, was inspired to take on a physical challenge for a good cause after seeing social media star and TV fitness guru Joe Wicks take on a 24-hour PE challenge last November.

The 10-year-old decided to do 12 Joe Wicks fitness sessions in a day to raise funds for St Mary's community food bank - totalling almost four hours of exercise.

And as the Denton West End Primary School pupil took on the challenge on Saturday (March 27), he received a video message from his inspiration on Twitter.
