A secondary school has created a new system to encourage students to keep up their attendance - with some unbelievable rewards on offer.
John Smeaton Academy, ran by the GORSE Academies Trust, set up the 100% Attendance Club as a way of motivating pupils to come to the Leeds' school everyday.
Started by headteacher of Farnley Academy Chris Stokes, the scheme has now been implemented in every secondary school across the Trust.
Perks of being in the 'club' include helicopter rides over Leeds, a Miami thrill ride, hot dog stand, free pass to skip the canteen line at lunch and pop-up events during half term.
