Staff at St James' CE Primary School, in Farnworth, returned to work this week to find the school's Reading Garden had been targeted by heartless yobs over the half-term break.
The garden was set up by the school's 'eco team', made up of parents and pupils, and was paid for by their fundraising efforts - which began three years ago.
