justjared.comScheana Shay is back with a new song! On Friday (August 18), the 38-year-old Vanderpump Rules star teamed up with Kevin Franklin and Landis Daniels of The 27s for her brand new track titled “Apples” – her first new song in over a decade.
In the Scandoval-inspired song, Scheana appears to take aim at former BFF Raquel Leviss. Keep reading to find out more… “I was with you on your worst day / You stabbed me in the worst way / How you gonna lie to my face?” Scheana sings. “And you said that we would always be friends / Party on the weekend / But then you’re gone without a trace.” “I thought you were grateful / I found out you’re fake though / I hope there’s a place for friends like you,” Scheana continued.
The lyrics of the song appear to reference Raquel‘s, 28, months-long affair with Tom Sandoval, who was in a nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix. “Narcissistic psycho / Cut you out like lipo / See right through you with my eyes closed,” Scheana also sings. “From a Ferrari to a Jetta / Thought that you knew better / Threw it all out the window.” Scheana released the song after Raquel gave a new interview where she addressed her affair with Sandoval, 41, and doubled down on claims that Scheana punched her in the face when she found out about the affair.
