A pizza takeaway shop in Radcliffe has been left wrecked after car smashed through the building. The car ploughed through the front of the Pizza Pronto takeaway on Church Street West at around 10pm last night.
Pictures showed the devastating aftermath of the crash, with the damaged car coming to a stop in the building facing out towards the pavement.
The doors and frontage of the takeaway were left wrecked with debris left strewn across the road. A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said that thankfully no-one was injured. No arrests have been made at this stage. In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: "At around 10pm on Sunday 8 September 2024, officers attended a road traffic collision after a vehicle collided with a building on Church Street West in Radcliffe.
