Scarlett Johansson opened up about her involvement in the Jurassic World universe in a new film directed by Gareth Edwards and penned by David Koepp.
The film is set to be a new take with no involvement from the previous Jurassic World cast or the stars of the original Jurassic Park trilogy.
Koepp, who wrote the original screenplay for 1993’s Jurassic Park and the sequel to 1997’s The Lost World: Jurassic Park, returns to the franchise, which thrilled Johansson. “The script is so incredible,” Johansson said in an interview with ComicBook. “David Koepp wrote it.
He returned after like 30 years to write the script. He’s so passionate about it, which is so awesome.” Johansson said she’s an “enormous Jurassic Park fan,” adding, “It’s one of the first films I remember seeing in the theater.
