SAS: Who Dares Wins' long-running star Ollie Ollerton has left the show. The no-nonsense instructor will no longer appear on the show after five years of service.
It comes amid Channel 4's latest diversity drive to hire Directing Staff from ethnic backgrounds to reflect the variety of contestants selected for the show.
Jay Morton also has plans to leave the series. Claims Channel 4 bosses will choose to bring diversity into their pool of directing staff in the new series.
A source told The Sun : “The show can’t be faulted for showing diversity within its recruits but the DSs are all white men of similar age. “It’s likely this will be rectified in the new series.” Channel 4 confirmed the SAS: Who Dares Wins shake-up to Mirror Online.
