Caroline Louise Flack (born 9 November 1979) is an English radio and television presenter. She began her career as an actress, starring in Bo' Selecta! in 2002 and has since presented various ITV2 spin-off shows such as I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! NOW! from 2009 until 2010 and The Xtra Factor from 2011 until 2013. Flack won the twelfth series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 and the following year began presenting main series such as Love Island and The X Factor replacing long-standing presenter Dermot O'Leary.

Olly Murs is ‘still struggling’ with the death of his friend Caroline Flack.The stars met when they hosted The Xtra Factor together, going on to present the main show for one series, and Olly was devastated when the 40-year-old took her own life in February.And the Heart Skips A Beat singer has admitted her tragic death ‘still hurts every day’.Speaking to Vicky Pattison on her The Secret To podcast, the 36-year-old said: ‘For Caz not to be here anymore is hard, it’s difficult.

It doesn’t get easy. I’m just fortunate that I spent so many great memories with her, I’ve so many amazing times with her that I can look back on, I’m very fortunate that a lot of it was documented.‘I am still struggling.
