Sarah Jessica Parker teased fans with a trailer of 'And Just Like That', on her Instagram but many took to the comments to ask why Kim Cattrall, who played Samantha Jones, would not be returning.
And SJP, who plays main character Carrie Bradshaw, said there's a simple reason for Kim's absence which is that she is "not required" for the new series.
The 55-year-old star, who plays fashion journalist Carrie in the TV comedy drama, will be joined by Kristin Davis, 55, and Cynthia Nixon, 54, who will play their original characters Charlotte York.
