The Girls Aloud star was diagnosed with breast cancer last summer but then received the devastating news that it had spread to other parts of her body.
Sarah has since undergone a mastectomy and intensive chemotherapy but in a devastating update over the weekend, she said the cancer spread to her spine.
But, ahead of the release of her debut autobiography, Hear Me Out, on Thursday, she has been revealed that some of the tumours have reduced in size.
