The Girls Aloud singer's new track 'Wear It Like A Crown' was released at midnight and loyal fans have already helped it shoot straight to the top of the download and streaming chart.
Sarah, from Stockport, announced that any of the profits gained from the sales of the single will got to The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, based in Withington, where she is receiving treatment.
The 39-year-old tweeted on Thursday morning: "Hi everyone - hope you're well. It's been lovely to hear that you guys have been enjoying Hear Me Out, both the book & the song! "
