Sarah Ferguson has given her take on what kind of mother she thinks her daughter Princess Eugenie will be. Pregnant Eugenie and husband Jack Brooksbank are currently expecting their first child, who is due to arrive in the next few weeks.

And in the lead-up to being a first-time grandmother, Fergie believes her daughter will be a “present” mother - much like she was. “Having not had my own mother around, I’ve always been determined to be a very present mother with my children, and I know Eugenie will be the same with hers,” the Duchess of York, 61, told Us Weekly. “She is incredibly empathetic and will be a great mother.
