The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, looked joyful in a new Storytime with Fergie and Friends video following her "successful" operation after being diagnosed with breast cancer. The 63 year old, known as Fergie, is continuing with various projects while she recovers from her mastectomy.
The video was posted to Sarah’s YouTube channel and it was a project that she started in April 2020 during the pandemic. It's thought it was recorded before her hospital visit. The Royal said that she was inspired to record herself reading children's books for “the children out there who just need a little bit of magic”.
Her first video back following her breast cancer diagnosis was released on Monday 26 June, where she picked out the book Where Happiness Begins by Eva Eland to read.
This follows after Fergie recently underwent a "successful" operation after she discovered the breast cancer during a recent routine mammogram, which allowed "early detection".
