Women living in the area where Sarah Everard disappeared from are being warned by police to "not go out alone". The marketing manager, 33, vanished after she left a friend's house in Clapham, south London on March 3.
She had been due to arrive home in Brixton roughly 50 minutes later after making the journey on foot but has not been seen since.
Police have launched a missing persons probe and have been scouring the local area in recent days, including ponds and bins.
And locals have now revealed that officers have told them to be vigilant following the mystery disappearance. One woman said officers knocked on her door last night and warned her "not to go out alone" as the inquiry continues.
