Sara Evans' estranged husband Jay Barker has been convicted on charges of domestic violence after he tried to ram her car with his in January, but will serve no jail time.The 51-year-old singer told police she was leaving a party in her Nashville neighborhood and riding in the passenger seat of a friend's car when the former Green Bay Packers quarterback, 49, put his vehicle in reverse and tried to crash into them, but missed.Neither the A Little Bit Stronger singer nor her friend was hurt, but they didcall police, who later caught up with the former New England Patriots player when he returned to the area.
