Bullock had no problem coming up with an answer, but noted very few people were in theater seats to see her on screen again as Annie, the spunky passenger who previously stepped up to help LAPD officer Jack (Reeves) drive a metro bus— and group of unknowing passengers— to safety while cruising through the streets of Los Angeles at a speed of at least 50 mph as to not set off explosives created by former bomb squad member Howard Payne (played by Dennis Hopper.)'You stumped me with the fans coming around later on,' Bullock jokingly replied about her movie, which also starred Jason Patric, Willem Dafoe, Temuera Morrison and Glenn Plummer.
