Avatar star Sam Worthington says shooting will resume next month on the next installment of the fantasy-sci-fi franchise, and promises that the third film in the series will be “bigger than you can imagine.” In an exclusive interview with People posted today, Worthington says about the upcoming Avatar, “We go back to work on it in a month and it’s big.

Cameron said in November that Avatar 3 is on track for a Christmas 2025 release following a postponement from initial projections of Christmas 2024.
