Sam Travolta Jr is a screenwriter and close family as the son of John's older brother Sam. His death has only just come to light after he died on September 23 at his home in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, reported by The Sun.
A cause of death has not been made public. Sam Jr.'s high school friend Nick Mavrostomos told the newspaper: "He will be greatly missed, but he will always be with us. “I found out through high school friends, they reached out to me to let me know.
