Sam Tomkins has admitted he hopes to finish his rugby league career with Catalans Dragons, but insists he still has to prove he is worthy of a new contract with the French side beyond this season.
The 32-year-old's deal with Catalans expires at the end of this season, though there is an option in place for an extra year in 2022.
However, Tomkins has revealed he would like to go further than that and end his playing days in the south of France, with he and his family settled in Perpignan, and the full-back keen to be part of the club's plans for the future.
