The reality star, 29, spent two days visiting the country's orphanages with friend Luisa Zissman in support of children's charity Outreach Moldova.
During a catch-up with older sister Billie, 30, after she arrived back, Sam said it was such a "life-changing" experience. It seems the heartbreaking visit made the former TOWIE star consider making a huge decision.
After forging a special bond with a "quiet and sad" little boy who had problems with his eyesight, Sam admitted she'd consider adoption in the future.
