Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Sam shared a snap of herself and her partner Paul Knightley with their two children Baby Paul, four, and Rosie, two, posing in their old house.
Sam and Paul, who have been together since 2014, shared a kiss as they held hands with their children. The room was almost completely empty as the family moved out their stuff to take to their new place.
