Former Celtic target Sacha Boey has revealed just how close he came to a Glasgow switch before Galatasaray stole his heart.
The French full-back appeared certain to join the Parkhead side in July before having a sudden u-turn and moving from Rennes to the Istanbul giants instead in a £2.2 million transfer.
And the 21-year-old is convinced he made the right choice to turn his back on Scottish football and Ange Postecoglou to move to Turkey.
