Rylan Clark was left visibly emotional on ITV's Lorraine this morning (September 30) as he discussed the release of his new memoir entitled Ten: The Decade That Changed My Future.The TV star, who has had a turbulent year following his divorce from husband Dan Neal in 2021, was surprised with a video montage of some of his showbiz pals congratulating him on 10 years in the industry.
Visibly emotional, the 33 year old could be seen wiping away a tear after his friends' kind words, saying: "That's really lovely, thank you." He added: "I've not cried in one interview yet!
You're all out of order. No it's so lovely. Look, if you treat people right they stick with you." In the clip, daytime host Lorraine popped up to say: "Here's to the next 10 years and beyond, congratulations." While old friend Nicole Scherzinger, who kickstarted his career on The X Factor, added: "We are so proud of you and everything you've achieved over the past 10 years.
I think you're on every show in this country, as you should be." Also making an appearance in the surprise clip was Loose Women's Ruth Langsford who said: "Just wanted to say, Dad and I, "Eamonn Dad" and I, are so so proud of you." Claire from the pop band Steps added: "Congratulations on your ten years, I mean it's not 25 but whose counting?".
