The BBC Radio 2 host finished his first stint in a while last week but will be back on the ITV daytime show in the coming days.
Cat Deeley is set to host This Morning next week as ITV looks to replace former presenter Holly Willoughby. The presenter left ITV daytime show months after co-host Phillip Schofield resigned.
Phillip, 61, announced his decision to quit This Morning back in May this year after saying rumours of a fractured relationship with Holly behind the scenes had "become the story".
