Ryanair has left punters in stitches with its hilarious response to a passenger complaining about their seat. The customer was left fuming after being placed next to the emergency exit on the flight - despite forking out for a window seat Unimpressed, the flyer decided to call out the budget airline on Twitter.
Posting on their account, @MartaVerse, they shared a photo of the view with the caption: "Seriously @Ryanair I paid for the window seat." Ryanair's official Twitter simply replied with the same photo the customer shared - except with a red circle drawn around the window on the emergency door.
However, the so-called window was nothing but a small glass hole a few inches in diameter in the exit door.As reported by Manchester Evening News, the tongue-and-cheek response left others social media users in hysterics.
One person commented: "There's no such thing as customer service anymore and it's great." Another user wrote: "As always Ryanair prepared to step it up a level if needed - if you don't like it, here's the door!
