Ryan Thomas has admitted he is finding fatherhood "intense" as he celebrates his first Father's Day as a dad-of-two.The 36 year old welcomed his first second child — and first with fiancée Lucy Mecklenburgh — in March.

Speaking about his experience of raising son Roman, who was born just weeks before lockdown started in the UK. None of Ryan's family, including brothers Adam and Scott, have been able to meet Roman yet, with him previously joking it will be similar to The Lion King when the tot makes his first trip to Manchester.
