Ryan Seacrest announced the end of his eight-year on-off relationship with 28-year-old chef Shayna Taylor...just as paparazzi photographs of him on vacation with a new woman were published.

Seacrest's rep said in a statement to E! that "Ryan and Shayna decided to end their romantic relationship amicably some time ago.
