A return to Rangers has been floated for Ryan Kent with the struggling winger reportedly set to be given the green light to leave Fenerbahce after just six months.
But a return for the Ibrox hero could already be scuppered amid the Turkish giants hardline January recruitment stance. He has netted once and chipped in with two assists during his 14 games but some reports in Turkey claim that he will be allowed to leave on loan - with some Rangers fans keen to see him back in Govan should he leave Istanbul.
The form of Abdallah Sima may leave Philippe Clement needing some convincing to green light the deal. But given his emotional send-off when he left Ibrox last summer, the wide man may be keen on returning to his former club to kickstart his career.
