Ryan Giggs has revealed that Paul Scholes was still pushing to play every week for Manchester United in the twilight of his career.

Both Giggs and Scholes elongated their United careers under Sir Alex Ferguson, with the Welshman breaking the club's appearance record and playing on past his 40th birthday.
