Rutherglen Exchange Shopping Centre are focussing on health as they hold events to combat stress and cancer.On the last three Mondays, Tess and Gail from the Healthy ‘n’ Happy team have joined centre staff in promoting Stress Awareness Month in a bid to tackle the silent burden.Jane Cowan, centre manager, emphasised the importance of addressing it, and said: “April is recognised as National Stress Awareness Month to bring attention to the negative impact of stress.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
