Rutherglen charity urging locals to take part in nationwide fitness challenge this weekend

People are being urged to take part in a nationwide fitness challenge while backing a charity’s efforts during the coronavirus crisis.The 2.6 Challenge will launch on Sunday – on what should have been the 40th London Marathon.As a local charity responding to COVID-19 in the community, Healthy n Happy is asking for support.From Sunday, Healthy n Happy wants as many people as possible to get involved in the 2.6 Challenge by undertaking an activity based around the numbers 2.6 or 26.It lasts a week and is open to people of all ages and abilities.
