The 64-year-old GB News host was heading home after being just been Ibiza with the 42-year-old relationship councillor. They made the stop during their lavish cruise having been seen last week boarding the Virgin vessel for its Voyager journey.
At the time, Katie was seen pushing Eamonn's walking frame through the departure lounge as Eamonn followed behind in a wheelchair.
He has publicly spoken about his previous health struggles, having underwent surgery in 2022 in a battle with chronic pain.
