Russell Howard stormed off stage after declaring an audience member had done "the worst thing they could do" to him. The comedian and star of Russell Howard's Good News and The Russell Howard Hour was on stage at Bristol bar Bambalan last night when he refused to carry on with his performance after just five minutes.

The 40-year-old was furious when he noticed an audience member filming him on her phone from the front row, Bristol Post reports.

It's said Russell told the woman: "That's literally the worst thing you can do." He told the woman to "live in the moment" and asked her how she would like it if someone started filming her at her place of work, before mimicking doing so by taking out his phone and aiming the camera at her.
