Rush hour delays on M74 after one-vehicle smash at busy Raith Interchange

Motorists were warned of delays this afternoon after the M74 northbound at the Raith Interchange was earlier closed due to an accident.Traffic Scotland announced earlier today that the busy motorway at Bothwell had been restricted to three lanes just before 3pm with queues starting to build.The restriction was due to a one vehicle crash that later required the road to be closed for around an hour.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
