RTÉ News broadcaster Ray Kennedy has opened up about his biggest wake up call as a young parent juggling a high-flying career.

Speaking to the RTÉ Guide, the journalist recalled a time in his life where he was spending so much time travelling back and forth to London while with Sky News, he realised he was becoming distant from his family.
