One of the few people left alive who saw the sinking of the Bismarck in 1941 has spoken about the historic Royal Navy mission.
Roy Harland, 102, was on HMS King George V to hear Winston Churchill issue his command to destroy the German battleship. Radar operator Roy and his Royal Navy comrades soon carried out the Prime Minister’s orders in a key moment of the Second World War.
