Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter has been arrested yet again. Per court docs obtained by Us Weekly on Monday, Chelsea Belle O’Donnell was arrested in Niagara, Wisconsin on November 18 after she and a passenger were pulled over due to a loud exhaust.

According to the docs, when officers approached the window, they noticed she had “pick marks” reminiscent of ones meth addicts commonly have on their faces, so they ran her information through their system.

And low and behold, they found her history of prior drug charges and that she was out on bond at the time — so they ordered a dog sniff inspection. Per the docs, Naloxone, as well as a “clear smoking device” which tested positive for meth, were found in the vehicle.

She was then detained and transported to the Marinette County Jail, where officers found hidden Hydrocodone, Lamotrigine, Alprazolam, and a bag containing a crystal-like substance.
