Ronan Keating's son Jack has become a father. The Love Island star, 23, made the surprise announcement on his Instagram on Thursday evening.

Sharing the first snap of his newborn baby daughter, he wrote: 'Welcome to the world my little Princess'. Jack has not been public about a romantic relationship since leaving the Love Island villa last summer and it is not known who the mother of the baby is.

It is the first grandchild for father-of-five Ronan, 46, who called his granddaughter a 'little cutie'. Jack looked every inch the doting dad in the snaps as he looked down adoringly at the little one who he cradled in his arms.

His pals and other Love Island stars were quick to congratulate him, as Paige Thorne wrote: 'Congratulations hunny!!'Ronan's second wife and Jack's step mother Storm replied with a series of heart emojis under the post.
