Roman Kemp has opened up about the devastating reason he's left Capital FM after a decade. He said it felt like he was "living that same day over and over again" since his friend and producer on the show passed away.
The presenter left the station last Friday (March 28) and says he doesn't have any plans yet, but he explained why he needed to make a change.
Roman, 31, said he needs time for "himself" after waking up early for seven years to do the Capital FM Breakfast Show with Chris Stark and Sian Welby.
He's told how he's still trying to come to terms with the loss of his good friend and former producer Joe Lyons, who was part of the show until his tragic death in 2020.
