Way back in 1999, model and budding photographer Penny Lancaster met Sir Rod Stewart and the singer agreed to let her take some snaps of him while on tour.

Fast forward seven years and, after romanced blossomed, the British rock singer popped the question to the blonde beauty at the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Due to the birth of their first child, Alastair in 2005, the pair wouldn't tie the knot in Italy until June 2007. Since then, they have gone on to welcome their second child together, Rod's eighth, Aiden into the world in 2011 as well as continuing to share snippets of their romantic life together with the public with Penny often having loose lips when appearing on Loose Women.
