The couple had gathered some of their loved one together to mark their birthdays which fell days apart last week. This Morning star Rochelle was celebrating turning 35 on Thursday (March 21) after marking her husband's 39th birthday last Monday (March 18).
She took to social media with a compilation video featuring clips of the JLS star, from driving his car to spending time with her and their three children - Alaia-Mai, Valentina and Blake.
She set the black and white video to a cover of The Pussycat Dolls' 2005 track 'Stickwitu' and wrote in view of her 2.3 million followers to her other half: "Happy birthday to my everything!
