Edward Christopher Sheeran, MBE (born 17 February 1991) is an English singer-songwriter. In early 2011, Sheeran independently released the extended play, No. 5 Collaborations Project. After signing with Asylum Records, his debut album, + (pronounced "plus"), was released in September 2011. It topped the UK and Australian charts, reached number five in the US, and has since been certified eight-times platinum in the UK.
The album contains the single "The A Team", which earned him the Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically. In 2012, Sheeran won the Brit Awards for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. "The A Team" was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where he performed the song with Elton John.
Rochelle Humes appeared to be emotional as she shared a sweet text exchange between herself and her eldest daughter. It came as the presenter returned to hosting duties on Monday (August 14) on This Morning alongside Josie Gibson.
After confirming earlier this year she'd be back fronting the programme over the summer, Rochelle was finally back on-screen after Josie was left without two of her co-hosts as Craig Doyle headed off on holiday after two weeks at the helm of the summer shows before Alison Hammond stepped in on Friday before jetting away herself.
And it appeared their first show together went swimmingly as Josie and Rochelle got all 'gooey' over one of their guests. Singer Matteo Bocelli, the son of Andrea Bocelli, appeared on the programme to chat to the hosts about his new debut single Chasing Stars, written by Ed Sheeran.
But the duo were left rather distracted as they swooned over the Italian's looks. "I've gone all gooey," said Josie as Rochelle said "Everyone is like this," before mimicking some kind of melting motion.
