Light Blues boss Philippe Clement has moved to sign the 30-year-old Dutchman after selling defender Connor Goldson to Aris Limassol.
Twente have been a regular top-five force in the Netherlands in recent seasons and former Aberdeen and Rangers keeper Snelders reckons Propper was a big part of that success.
