Bernardo's future at City has become increasingly uncertain in recent weeks, with a spate of reports linking him with a move to the Camp Nou.

Barca manager and former club legend Xavi is keen to add the 27-year-old midfielder to his squad, particularly if Frenkie de Jong ends up leaving for Manchester United or Chelsea.
