Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is rumored to end his presidential run by the end of the week. The 70-year-old independent candidate is speculated to endorse former President of the United States Donald Trump, via The Hill.

According to the report, RFK Jr. insiders are “convening over the phone on Wednesday evening (August 21) to discuss campaign developments.” Keep reading to find out more… ABC News also reports that the candidate may drop out of the race by the end of the week and is considering backing Trump, but no decision has been made yet.

The report follows an announcement by Kennedy campaign that the third-party candidate will make an announcement Friday (August 23) in Arizona, the same day Trump will be there. “My gut is telling me Bobby will drop out and endorse [Trump] together at an event in Phoenix,” a source with knowledge of Kennedy’s operation told The Hill.
