Just days after the tragic passing of Robert De Niro's grandson, more details surrounding a potential cause of death are being revealed.
De Niro's eldest child, Drena De Niro, discussed her son Leandro's passing in the comments section of her Instagram, replying to a user who asked what happened. "Someone sold him fentanyl laced pills that they knew were laced yet still sold them to him, so for all these people still f---ing around selling and buying this s--- , my son is gone forever," she wrote.
A representative for both De Niros additionally told Fox News Digital, "No comments are being made at this time." Drena previously announced that her son, Leandro De Niro Rodriquez, had passed away in a heartbreaking post to Instagram. "My beautiful sweet angel," she began. "I have loved you beyond words or description from the moment I felt you in my belly.
