Rob Lowe has given a fans an update on what it has been like near his home in Santa Barbara, California during the state's wild storm which has killed 19 people.When at the Los Angeles premiere of his new Netflix movie Dog Gone on Wednesday he told Extra the rain and floods have devastated the area.'I’m lucky to be here tonight.

We were trapped for a day and a half. Cut off, so there was a big tree down on my road and nobody could get in or out,' he told Extra’s Jennifer Lahmers.
