A woman at the centre of a murder and rape investigation in Bury has been named as Charrissa Brown. The 36-year-old tragically died after being rushed to hospital from a property on Gorse Bank on Wednesday night.
Police launched an investigation and arrested three men - aged 32, 52, and 61 - on suspicion of murder and rape. The men were arrested at properties on Gorse Bank and Rutland Drive. Charrissa's mum Sue Brown said: 'RIP my beautiful daughter'. She said that the tributes flooding in for her on social media show how 'special and loved she is'.
