Rio Ferdinand has addressed Victoria Beckham’s diet and shared that he’s never seen the fashion designer eat anything over the many years he’s known her.

Mum-of-four Victoria often documents her gruelling workout regimes on social media and is known for her strict diet, something both she and husband David Beckham have discussed.

With this in mind, her diet and lifestyle is often a topic of conversation, with Rio, 44, now weighing in on the matter. Rio played for England and Manchester United at the same time as David Beckham, and often rubbed shoulders with Victoria, 48, as a result.

Chatting to radio host Jackie O’Henderson on her Australian radio show recently, she admitted that she was “obsessed” with the former Spice Girls star’s diet as she grilled Rio.
