Ricky Martin wins court case as sexual relation and harassment claims withdrawn by nephew

Ricky Martin has won his court case today after his nephew withdrew claims the singer stalked and harassed him after a seven month relationship.

The 51-year-old, who completely denied the accusations, is said to have appeared virtually at a Puerto Rico court to testify.

The judge then dropped the restraining order issued against him a week ago, writes The Mirror.His legal team released a statement following the result.

They said: "Just as we had anticipated, the temporary protection order was not extended by the court."The accuser confirmed to the court that his decision to dismiss the matter was his alone, without any outside influence or pressure, and the accuser confirmed he was satisfied with his legal representation in the matter.
